When our kids were small and we would go on vacation, or to Disney. The kids were always asking me " are we there yet, are we there yet ".  That was many years ago. I thought those days were long gone. However, now my sellers are asking me " are we there yet, are we there yet ". Now the " there yet ", is the the bottom of the real estate market. Prices keep falling like going on a roller coaster in Orlando. The sellers are screaming, the market is making them sick and they just want to get off of this ride. They just want this wild ride will be over. Then they can get on with their lives and not have to  worry about what will happen, or what may happen, or what has happened. They just want to sell there homes and move on with there lives. SO ARE WE THERE YET?
