The County Commissioners approved a developement of Yamato Court on land that was formerly a water tratment plant and also a local park. There should be an increase in local traffic because of the new mix use Developement.
The new developement will have a Commercial Center which ocuppies the Northwest corner of the property which is located on the Southeast corner of Yamato Rd and Hwy 441(St Rd 7).
There will also be a group home for the mentally disabled. This will be run by the Jewish Association for Residential care, which seems like a decent idea. A Community center for Temple Beth El will be located on the east side of the property.
